Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has made it a priority to bolster his side’s attacking options from the January transfer window plus he’s been given a boost from the pursuit of one of their club targets, as Inter Milan striker Gabriel Barbosa is thinking about a transfer to England.

According to the Daily Star, Inter Milan striker Barbosa is considering a move into the Premier League.

The Brazilian has been in shape and spent last year on loan as he scored 25 goals in 29 games.

But, his goalscoring art has attracted the eye of a range of leading European clubs, together with Chelsea and West Ham also carefully tracking the participant’s position.

Flamengo were considering registering the young striker but were priced out of a movement as Inter Milan has put a £25million ($30m) price tag on Barbosa.

Because it is known Lampard has a £150m transfer kitty to enhance his squad in 29, such a fee is not from Chelsea’s reach.

Chelsea also have been considering Lyon striker Moussa Dembele, however, the Blues lately saw a #34m bidding rejected by the Ligue 1 club and they might now turn their focus towards Barbosa if they’re not able to signal the Frenchman or even opt to bring both to the club.

Throughout his first year as a manager in the Premier League Lampard has the type of striker Tammy Abraham this year.

The 22-year-old has scored 14 goals and supplied five assists. But, Chelsea’s backup strikers, Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi have fought to supply goals when they’ve filled in for Abraham. Giroud has scored one goal in seven matches in all competitions, while Batshuayi has found the back of the net in 12 Premier League looks.

Together with Lampard confirming Giroud will be permitted to depart if specific conditions are satisfied The two strikers might be on their way from this club in January.

The 33-year-old has been an unused substitute for Chelsea beat against Nottingham Forest 2-0 in the third round of the FA Cup. And Lampard dealt with the speculation surrounding the future of Giroud.

“My answer is still the same as it’s done lately and I’ve spoken,” Lampard said.

“But just when every one of these bases are covered. So we are still there.”

In terms of Batshuayi, Crystal Palace is keen on being reunited with the participant who scored six goals in 13 appearances for the Eagles last season.

Since using Giroud, till they’ve signed a replacement striker Chelsea are not inclined to let themselves become and won’t sanction the participant’s departure.

“If the terms are that it is something Oli wants to do and it works for your club and it works for me along with the group, then it is something which may occur.
